1.The first thing that you have to decide on is a budget. Depending on what model LED TV you want, you could be paying $500, or you could be paying well over $2000. Decide an approximate that you want to pay.
2.Decide whether you want a full array LED or a edge array LED. Full array LED TVs are about as thick as standard LCD TVs. They have the benefit however, of having back lights spread out equally behind the entire screen. This means that your LED TV will be equally bright in the center as it is around the sides. Edge array LEDs are the very thin models. They are great for wall mounting and can be as thin as 25 mm. However, because of this space requirement, they can only have back lighting around the edges of the screen which can mean that sometimes the center of the screen is dimmer than the edges of the displays.
3.After you've decided between beauty and functionality, it is time to either look online or go to the store. If you decide to go to the store first, pick some models that you like and go home and research them. Do not buy without researching. Every brand and model are not made equally and you don't want your excitement to overcome you and end up with a $2000 piece of junk. Find the models online and read some customer reviews. Go to the brands website and read the full specs on the models.
4.Now that you have the type of LED TV that you are looking for and have researched and picked out a reliable brand and model within your price range, all that is left to do is go to the store and buy it.
